What owners ask before they reach out.

Still wondering about something? The free consultation takes two minutes to start, and Austin reads every one.

What happens on the free consultation?

A 30-minute call about the part of your business that eats the most time or money. Afterward you get a short written list of your three biggest leaks, what fixing each one could save or make, and a rough idea of cost. No pitch deck and no obligation.

How much does a project cost?

Starting points are in our pricing section, from $3,500 for a Quick Fix Sprint (one automation, live in 10 days) to $50,000 and up for an internal app. Your real number comes after the consultation. The Quick Fix Sprint and the $7,500 Operations Review are each credited in full toward a larger build started within 60 days, so if you build with us, they cost you nothing extra.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes. Any build can be paid in 12 equal monthly payments, the first at kickoff, with no interest. A $10,000 build is about $850 a month. If you prefer, milestone billing still works: 50% to start, 25% at the working prototype and 25% at launch.

Do you guarantee results?

We guarantee the hours, not revenue. For automation and AI builds, your Statement of Work includes an estimate of the hours it will save. If it doesn’t save those hours within 60 days of launch, we keep working on it free until it does. We don’t guarantee revenue or profit, because those depend on things outside the software.

How fast can you build?

Fast, because we ship working software early instead of slides. A direct booking site for a seven-home rental company went from first line of code to live in 10 days, and a luxury listing website went live the same day it was started. Bigger apps launch in phases so your team uses them early.

Who will actually work on my project?

Every project is led by Austin Frangoules, from the first call to launch. Our delivery runs on an AI-powered workflow built on Claude, so you get senior thinking at the pace of a much larger team, without being handed off to someone you never met. Every project ships with documentation and the code in your own GitHub, so any qualified developer can step in.

How does payment work?

The Operations Review is paid upfront. Builds are paid by milestone: 50% to start, 25% at the working prototype and 25% at launch. Or pay in 12 equal monthly payments with no interest, the first at kickoff. Run plans are billed monthly, with a 3-month minimum and then 30 days’ notice to cancel. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing before we start it.

Can you build my startup’s first version (MVP)?

Yes. Our MVP Sprint is $35,000 fixed and goes live in 6 weeks. You get a clickable prototype in week 2, and sign-up, payments and an admin panel are included. You own the code.

Who owns the code?

You do. Once the project is paid in full, you own the custom code, designs, content and all of your data. We keep our own reusable tools and know-how, and you get a permanent license to any of it inside your build. Hosting and other service accounts are set up in your name wherever possible.

Will it work with the tools we already use?

Usually, yes. Often the best fix is connecting what you already pay for. We have connected accounting, payments, calendars, booking platforms, email and texting tools, and anything with an API can usually be wired in.

Is AI safe to use with our business data?

We set AI up with guardrails. Together we decide what it can see, sensitive information stays out unless it is properly protected, and a person stays in the loop on anything that matters.

Will you sign a HIPAA business associate agreement?

Yes. For healthcare clients we sign a BAA, and patient data stays on hosting and AI services that sign BAAs with us. See our security page.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We’re happy to sign a mutual NDA before your consultation, and confidentiality is built into every agreement we sign anyway.

Do you only work in Virginia Beach?

We meet in person across Hampton Roads and Richmond, make on-site visits in North Carolina when it’s worth the trip, and work remotely with companies anywhere in the country through video calls and a shared roadmap.

Why not hire a big agency or a freelancer?

Agencies hand you off to whoever is free, and freelancers build to a spec without asking if it makes you money. We run our own companies on this software, so we start with the business problem, and you work directly with the lead who designs it.

What happens after launch?

Pick a Run plan, with one lead accountable. Essentials ($2,500/month) covers hosting, monitoring, fixes and next-business-day response. Growth ($5,000/month) adds a 4 business-hour response for outages, a 99.9% uptime target and new features every month. Priority ($8,500/month) adds a 1-hour response for outages any time and a quarterly roadmap review. If you would rather run it yourself, we plan the handoff with you.

What if something breaks after launch?

Every build includes 30 days of free fixes after launch for anything that doesn’t work as agreed. After that, a Run plan covers monitoring and fixes, with response times set by the tier you pick.
