Privacy
This site is run by Frangoules Enterprises LLC, Virginia Beach, Virginia. We collect as little as we can, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect when you contact us
When you use the contact form, the free consultation, or sign up for the AI seminar, we receive what you choose to share: your name, email, company, phone and website if you give them, and your answers about your business, goals, timeline and budget. We use this only to reply to you, prepare for our conversation, and send you the seminar details you asked for.
How the AI features work
The free consultation and the “Ask our AI” assistant use Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. Your answers or questions are sent to Anthropic to write your summary or answer. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. Please don’t share passwords, account numbers or other sensitive personal information with the AI. Estimated prices are calculated from our own price list, not by the AI, and AI answers can be wrong, so Austin confirms everything personally.
How we measure the site
We use our own simple analytics to understand which pages are useful and how people find us. It does not use cookies, and we do not store IP addresses for analytics. We record things like the pages you view, how far you scroll, the buttons you click, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link, your general location (city and country) and your device type. A random ID is saved in your browser so we can count returning visits. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we only count page views. You can turn measurement off on your device by visiting any page with ?notrack=1 added to the address.
If we run advertising, we may add the Meta (Facebook) pixel or Google tags to measure ads. If we do, we will update this page first.
Booking a time
Times for the free consultation are booked through a scheduling page run on software we built for East Coast Mortgage, a company Austin owns. Booking details are used only to schedule and hold the meeting.
Agreements and e-signatures
When we send you an agreement to sign online, we store the agreement and what you enter to sign it: your name, title and email, your signature image, the date and time of each step (sent, opened, signed), and the IP address and device (browser) you signed from. We also store a fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash) of the exact document you signed. This is the audit trail that shows who signed what and when. We don’t store IP addresses for analytics. The one exception is signing an agreement: your IP address and device are saved with your signature as proof that you signed. Signing records are kept for 7 years as business records and are never used for marketing. The signing page has no analytics or tracking pixels. Who processes your information
The site and its forms are hosted by Netlify. AI features are processed by Anthropic. Seminar emails and agreement emails are sent through Resend. Form notifications are delivered to our email. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

To see, change or delete anything you sent us, or to stop hearing from us, email austin@frangoules.com and we will take care of it.
