About

Built by an operator, not just a vendor.

I’m Austin Frangoules. I run a mortgage brokerage, a real estate team and a collection of luxury vacation rentals, and every one of them runs on software I built.

I started building because the tools on the market didn’t fit how my companies actually work. Spreadsheets, paid subscriptions and group texts were costing us hours every week. So I fixed it, one system at a time, and watched the results show up in the numbers.

Now I do the same for other owners. I know what a slow screen costs at 9 PM on a Friday and why one missed handoff matters, because I live it too. Frangoules Enterprises is a family company, and I’m building it to last.
